Explore basic Math concepts that will be useful in navigating Primary 1 life!

  1. Time as a concept - learn to tell the time on both a digital and analog clock

  2. Time as a concept - what is a day, month & year (and what makes a day, a day?)

  3. Money - counting & handling money, buying food from the canteen

  4. Money - Visit to the supermarket

  5. Money - Concept of saving and how to plan for it

  6. Board games (BONUS) - using board games to spark student’s interest in learning Math

Mental Mathematics

Train & upgrade your mental speed in solving Mathematics questions

In our “Mental Mathematics” Holiday Programme, Mr Wong will go through a series of scaffolding exercises to help train your mental speed in solving Mathematics questions.

The focus will be on the basic 4 operations, but Mr Wong will also cover techniques from Math Olympiad training in the second half of the day.

Design a House with Math
(Suitable for P3 - P5)

Conducted by Mrs Eileen Toh (27 Dec, 9am -3pm)

Fees: $160 / Lunch is included.

Students will learn to design and build a miniature house using the concepts of Area, Perimeter & Geometry.

They will design a house that will be able to contain different pieces of different sized furnishings and figure out that Mathematics concepts can be applied to the real world!

Design a City with Math
(Suitable for P3 - P5)

Conducted by Mr JY Wong (30 Dec, 9am -3pm)

Fees: $160 / Lunch is included.

Students will learn to design and build a city using the concepts of Geometry

Students will review geometry concepts, then learn how to plan to build a city (on paper)

They will also be taught to apply logical & critical thinking (What does a city require?)
