Mrs. Eileen Toh is a distinguished mathematics educator in Singapore, holding a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE). As a former school teacher, she co-founded Genius Plus Academy in 2017, aiming to revolutionize primary mathematics education in Singapore.
Mrs. Toh is committed to the belief that every child can excel in mathematics. She employs a progressive, incremental approach to build students' confidence, utilizing scaffolding instructional methods and differentiated resources to make learning both enjoyable and effective.
As a mother of four boys, Mrs. Toh brings a nurturing perspective to her teaching, treating her students with the same care and encouragement she offers her own children. She strives to instill a love for mathematics, ensuring her teaching methods reflect this philosophy.
Under her leadership, Genius Plus Academy has developed over 60 textbooks and workbooks.

Mr. JY Wong is a distinguished mathematics educator in Singapore, holding a Bachelor of Science degree and having completed training at the National Institute of Education (NIE). As a former school teacher, he co-founded Genius Plus Academy, where he serves as a principal math tutor.
Mr. Wong's academic achievements are noteworthy; he attained a PSLE score of 271 and secured seven A's at the O Level. His excellence in mathematics is further highlighted by his Gold and Silver Medals in the Singapore Math Olympiad.
Inspired by his own secondary school teachers, Mr. Wong is dedicated to motivating his students to find joy and pride in learning. He believes that mathematics becomes engaging and accessible when its real-world applications are demonstrated, aiming to instill a passion for the subject in his students.
Beyond his teaching career, Mr. Wong has experience as an international debater & Math Olympiad trainer, enriching his educational approach and providing a unique perspective to his students.

Ms Arina is a seasoned tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience. She believes that while students need to sufficient practice in order to improve in Math, what is more important is the immediacy of the feedback provided to ensure that they learn from mistakes and do not repeatedly commit the same errors.
That is why she anchors our Primary Programme (PREP), where students have additional time to work on their weaknesses while consolidating their strengths in a structured manner, such that they acquire the necessary confidence and guidance to better their results.

Ms. JS Lee is a dedicated and seasoned tutor, bringing over five years of hands-on teaching experience to her role. During this time, she has had the invaluable opportunity to learn from Mr. JY Wong and Mrs. Eileen Toh. Her time working under their mentorship has been instrumental in refining her skills and teaching philosophy, ultimately leading to her recent promotion to Senior Tutor.
