Solving a primary school maths question about ratios and money

a) Ans: 5/6

Adults (more than or equal to 60) = 15/(40+8)
= 5/16
b) Ans: 432
Total sales → 400u + 165u +56u = 621u
621u → 5589
1u → 5589 ÷ 621 = 9
25u + 15u +8u = 48u
48u → 48 × 9 = 432
