Equilateral triangle → Each ∠ is 60°
∠ABC = 60°
∠DBE = 180° - 38° - 60° (sum of ∠s on a str. line = 180°)
= 82°
∠DEB = 180° -  82° - 36° (sum of ∠s in a triangle = 180°)
= 62°
