From all of us here, a very warm welcome to our learning family! Whether you’re joining us onsite or online, this is the start of something wonderful — and we’re thrilled to be part of your child’s educational journey.

You’ve just made a decision that says:
“Hey, I believe in my child. I want them to feel confident in Math.”
And we couldn’t be more honoured to walk this journey with you.

🛠 What Happens Next?

Let’s keep things simple — here’s what to expect over the next few days:

🧑‍💻 1. Learning Portal Access (LMS)

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll get login details within 24 hours for our Genius+ Learning Management System.

Inside, your child will find:

  • 📺 Recorded lessons (perfect for revision or make-up sessions)

  • 📝 Practice papers, extra worksheets & bonus challenges

  • 🎓 Revision tools that reinforce what’s taught in class

No more chasing notes or “What did I miss last week?” — it’s all there!

📚 2. Materials, Sorted

We’ve got all the textbooks, worksheets, and resources ready. Here’s how you’ll receive them:

  • For onsite classes: Your child will receive everything neatly bundled during their first lesson.

  • For online classes: A parcel will be lovingly packed and couriered to your doorstep within the week (bubble wrap included — for that unboxing excitement).

📞 3. Orientation Zoom (Don’t Worry, It’s Chill)

You’ll be invited to a short, friendly Zoom orientation so we can walk you through how to use the LMS, what to expect in class, and how we’ll support you and your child.

It’s not a formal briefing — just a warm little chat to make sure everyone’s comfy and confident before the term begins. Our admin fairies will reach out to arrange this!

🌱 How Can You Support Your Child’s Growth?

We’re in this together — and here’s how you can help your child make the most of their time with us:

✔️ Show up regularly – A consistent rhythm helps them feel more confident and less stressed. Missed a class? Just log in to the LMS to catch up. No drama.
✔️ Participate actively – Encourage them to ask questions, make mistakes, and enjoy the journey.
✔️ Complete homework weekly – It’s how we check in on their progress and tailor support where needed.
